The Southern Pride SPK-500 Rotating Smoker is complemented by a complete commercial kitchen package including a deep fryer, thermostatic griddle, radiant charbroiler, commercial refrigerator, insulated proofer/warmer cabinet, stainless steel prep stations, and a full fire suppression system.
The comprehensive water package includes a triple-compartment sink, dedicated handwash station, LP on-demand hot water heater, and deep utility sink with sprayer to help meet health department requirements while maintaining an efficient workspace.
Customer-facing features include a large concession window with drop shelf, upper serving shelf, illuminated 18′ electric awning, exterior LED lighting package, stereo system, and shadow box with TV capability for menus, branding, promotions, and customer engagement.
