Return & Refund Policy
All sales at Renown Cargo Trailers are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed. When a customer places an order, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin the build or reserve the trailer. If the customer cancels the order or fails to take delivery, the deposit will be forfeited.
Once a trailer is built, the customer signs an Acceptance Agreement, confirming that the trailer meets their specifications. After this point, all concerns or issues must be handled through our Warranty Department, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
