How the Warranty Works
All trailers sold by Renown Cargo come with a nationwide manufacturer’s warranty. Depending on the brand, coverage typically ranges from 3 to 5 years.
If you experience an issue:
- Find a local repair shop you trust.
- Get an estimate before any repairs begin.
- Submit the estimate to the manufacturer or your sales rep for approval.
- Wait for manufacturer approval before moving forward with repairs.
Do not begin repairs without approval—unauthorized repairs may not be reimbursed.
Who Handles the Warranty?
Warranties are handled directly by the trailer manufacturer—not by the dealership. But don’t worry—we’re here to help get you in touch with the right people if needed.
