All Sales Are Final
At Renown Cargo Trailers, every sale is final. Once an order has been placed, we do not offer returns or refunds. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their trailer specifications, options, and configuration with our team before submitting an order.
Our policy is designed to protect both our customers and our build process, ensuring every trailer is custom-tailored, manufactured, and delivered with the highest level of quality and accountability.
Non-Refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order to begin the build or reserve your trailer. This secures your spot in our production schedule.
Cancellations & Forfeiture
If a customer cancels the order or fails to take delivery of their completed trailer, the deposit will be forfeited and is not eligible for refund.
Acceptance Agreement
Once your trailer is built, you'll sign an Acceptance Agreement confirming the unit meets your specifications and is ready for delivery.
Post-Delivery Warranty Coverage
Manufacturer-Backed Support
After the Acceptance Agreement is signed, all concerns or issues regarding your trailer must be addressed through our Warranty Department, in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms.
Our team is here to support you long after delivery. We work directly with manufacturers to ensure any covered concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
